Abstract

The integration of religious text learning and character building within the pesantren ecosystem often faces motivational disruption, necessitating precise pedagogical interventions. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the diniyyah curriculum (Tahfidzul Qur’an, Hadith, Tajweed, and Supplication) and the comprehensive role of Field Experience Practice (PPL) students in incubating character and amplifying the motivation of female students at Pondok Tahfidz El Mumtaz Bekasi. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, empirical data were acquired through continuous participatory observation during the PETUAH (Saturday-Sunday Islamic Boarding School) program. The empirical analysis confirms that knowledge transmission executed in an emancipatory and contextual manner—utilizing methodological diversification such as storytelling, educational gamification, and structured memorization management—significantly escalates the retention of focus and the axiological internalization of Islamic values. Beyond the instructional dimension of the classroom, comprehensive mentoring in daily routines (halaqah, tahfidz assistance, and communal worship) by PPL students facilitates the formation of solid socio-emotional affiliations. In conclusion, the convergent synergy between the diniyyah curriculum and the proactive intervention of students yields a holistic multidimensional transformation, encompassing the enhancement of intellectual capacity, spiritual resilience, and the crystallization of the students' morals.
